A memorandum relaying the decision on the part of the University of New Mexico and the city administration of Albuquerque to allow the meeting of the SDS National Council on their land. According to the memorandum, the meeting is likely to move to Austin and happen on the University of Texas campus as private venues refuse service to the SDS.
