A message for Mr. Fairfax who is writing on contraceptive legal cases from the American Birth Control League's attorney, Mr. MacWilliams. The judge in this case ruled all contraceptives as obscene in Illinois, two years after the federal law legalized birth control nationally.

Mr. Fairfax is writing a law note on a case in Illinois, in which the judge ruled that all contraceptives are per se obscene. Mr. MacWilliams thinks you can give Mr. Fairfax material for his article.
