Description
A memorandum to Dr. Charles A. LeMaistre from Jack Holland, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. Holland informs LeMaistre of the existence of church-run rehabilitation centers that supposedly enable drug use and house vagrants. Additionally, Holland claims that most of the University's problems with non-student activities come from a "hippy colony" between 33rd Street and 35th Street
