Communities of Color

Communities of Color are disproportionately affected by HIV/AIDs. With a focus on black and Hispanic communities, we can see how public health promotions targeted them during the beginning of marginalized communities' plight against HIV/AIDS. Through these forms of public media, one can see the rhetoric behind the medical prevention techniques specifically tailored for these specific groups
