The following is another letter of thanks to the officer in charge of the camp. In it, the writer thanks the administrator for "the peaceful life [they] were able to live...under your efficient administration." They also say that they were "highly impressed by the decency with which [they] were treated," and will refer to him and his officers as kind administrators.
